- General Cancellation Terms: If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or our official contact channels.
- Cancellation Fees: Depending on when the cancellation occurs relative to the departure date, the following fees will apply:
- More than 30 days before departure: A cancellation fee of [X]% of the total package cost will be charged.
- 15-30 days before departure: A cancellation fee of [X]% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided, as the full amount is non-refundable due to bookings with airlines, hotels, and other service providers.

2. Cancellation by Al Khair Travels
- Unforeseen Circumstances: In the rare event that Al Khair Travels needs to cancel or modify your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other factors beyond our control), we will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund for the affected services.
- Notification: You will be notified promptly in case of cancellation by us, and we will do our best to provide suitable alternatives or compensation, where applicable.
3. Refund Process
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will only be processed for cancellations that meet the above conditions. Refunds for non-refundable services are not possible.

6. No Refund Policy for Certain Services
Please note that the following services are non-refundable:
- Airline tickets and related booking fees
- Visa processing charges
- Special hotel accommodations or third-party bookings made specifically for your travel package
- Any other services or bookings that are explicitly non-refundable as indicated at the time of booking
